They gave us a flat rate quote which most movers around the dmv don't do. They had their own trolly and made sure the furniture was well protected. Mr. Nelson and Romeo moved me into my apartment on what seemed to be the hottest weekend in DC thus far. I moved into a building on the third floor with no elevator. If I could give them 1000 stars, I would. I contacted them the day we needed to be moved because the movers we hired backed out on us. Luna movers made a way on a Saturday evening to unload a storage unit and move our items into our home. They handled our big heavy and bulky items like champs. They also came out the following Monday to unload our pod that was delivered and I cannot express my sincerest appreciation for their service enough. I HIGHLY recommend them, and they will be the first company that I recommend for friends and family that need to find movers.

Romeo and Nelson did a fast job at a very affordable price. (And for me, price was very important. Moving is expensive enough already.) I was moving from a shared house in to a 3rd floor studio (no elevator!) in downtown DC so I definitely needed professional help. It was all quick an easy. They wrapped my furniture, the truck interior was all set up so nothing would move around or ding. No broken dishes or scratches or anything like that. Everything arrived in good condition, and they even let me grab a ride in the truck over to the new place so I could stay with my things......
